Panjshir Valley          
    
         Panjshir Valley is undoubtedly the most beautiful region in Afghanistan. The Valley, located about 60 miles from Kabul, Panjshir Valley is known for its fascinating landscape and possesses great potential for trekking. The Valley, which stretches for 62miles to the Anjoyman Pass, has been the centre of Afghan resistance against the invading Soviets and the ultra-conservative Taliban.

           Tatev Monastery is a 9th century historical monument. It is one of the oldest and most famous monastery complexes in Armenia. During medieval times Tatev Monastery was a vital scholastic, enlightenment and spiritual center and played a singular role in the country's history.

Palace of the Shirvanshahs
    The Palace of the Shirvanshahs, located in Baku, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site built in the 15th century by the Shirvanshah dynasty. This monument is the biggest piece of architecture under the Shirvan-Absheron branch and includes the main building, Diwan Khana, The Mausoleum, The Palace Mosque and The Palace Bath-house. The construction of the palace was initiated under the rule of Ibrahim I of Shirvan dynasty. The Palace is open to visitors from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Bahrain
Bahrain World Trade Center, Manama



              It is the most dramatic and inspiring trade center, which rises to an elevation of 787 ft above ground. It is a twin tower trade center connected with each other by sky bridges having 50 stories. There are 3 wind turbines located within 2 of the sky scrapers, which provides lighting for over 300 houses. Bahrain World Trade Center won 2 prestigious awards for the best architectural design.

Bandarban: The Dam of Monkeys

         This is one of the most beautiful places in Bangladesh, accessible from all major cities. It has a calm lake and Shoilo Propat, a water fall, which are famous destinations of tourists.
         There are many Buddhist temples in Bandarban, but Buddha Dhatu Jadi is the most important among them as the second largest statue of Buddha in Bangladesh is here
Bhutan
     
Tiger's Nest Monastery

           The Tiger’s Nest Monastery hangs on a cliff and stands above an enchanting forest of blue pines and rhododendrons. As this beautiful and very exceptional monastery is a sheer climb the hill (900 meters), a pony can be arranged for the ride up, but only until the cafeteria. From then on, it is another steep walk and some narrow stairs towards the monastery itself. The trail crosses a chapel of butter lamps and descends to a waterfall by the Snow Lion Cave. The view of the Paro valley from here on is breathtaking, and the atmosphere very holy, a place where every Bhutanese will want to come at least once in his/her life. The place where Guru Rinpoche brought Buddhism into Bhutan, arriving on the back of a tigress.

Brunei
Sultan Omar Ali Saifudien Mosque
           This mosque is located at Bandar Seri Begawan, the capital city of Brunei, and is considered as the major landmark of the country. This is a magnificent mosque especially at night when it ‘glows in the dark’. It has 28 domes as symbol of the 28th Sultan of Brunei, Sultan Omar Ali Saifuddien III. 

Cambodia
Angkor Wat
          Angkor Wat (meaning “City Temple”) is the most magnificent and largest of all Angkor temples and the top tourist attraction in Cambodia. Built around the first half of 12th century by King Suryavarman II, the temple’s balance, composition and beauty make it one of the finest monuments in the world. A huge rectangular reservoir surrounds Angkor Wat which rises up through a series of three rectangular terraces to the central shrine and tower at a height of 213 meters (669 feet). This arrangement reflects the traditional Khmer idea of the temple mountain, in which the temple represent Mount Meru, the home of the gods in Hinduism.

China
The Great Wall of China
        The magnificent Great Wall of China - known in Chinese as Changcheng, or the Long Wall - stretches more than 6,000 kilometers from the fortresses of Shanhaiguan in the east to Jiayuguan in the west, passing through Hebei, Tientsin, Beijing - where the best preserved section of the wall can be visited - Inner Mongolia, Ningxia, and Gansu along the way. Averaging six to eight meters in height but rising as high as 16 meters in places, and wide enough for cavalry to pass, the wall boasts numerous battlements and watchtowers, some dating back as far as the 7th century BC, with the best-known areas added around 210 BC when its various sections were joined. Today, the most visited section of the wall is near Badaling Pass northwest of Beijing, easily reached by public transport or organized tours. Other restored sections worth a visit include the section near Gubeikou, 130 kilometers from Beijing, and in Mutianyu, just 70 kilometers northeast of Beijing.

Cyprus
Ancient Kourion
         There's no shortage of ancient sites in Cyprus but Kourion is the pick of the bunch. Romantically situated across a coastal cliff with tumbling views of the countryside and Mediterranean below, it's a magical place. The entire site is vast, but the most famous section is the theater and the House of Eustolios, which holds a clutch of fine, well-preserved mosaics. For those with more time up their sleeves, the large Byzantine basilica area is wonderfully picturesque with its tumbled columns and scraps of mosaic floor.

Georgia
Forsyth Park
       Savannah is known for its many beautiful parks and squares. Forsyth Park is the largest park in the city and is a good example of a well designed mid 1800s Southern park. Central features include a period fountain, walking trails, and lovely old trees that drape over the landscape creating much needed areas of shade.

India
Agra Taj Mahal

     Agra Taj Mahal is one of the most famous buildings in the world, the mausoleum of Shah Jahan favorite wife, Mumtaz Mahal. It is one of the New Seven Wonders of the world, and one of three World Heritage Sites in Agra. Completed in 1653, the T?j Mahal was built by the Mughal king Sh?h Jah?n as the final resting place for his beloved wife, Mumtaz Mahal. Finished in marble, it is perhaps India’s most fascinating and beautiful monument. This perfectly symmetrical monument took 22 years (1630-1652) of hard labour and 20,000 workers, masons and jewelers to build and is set amidst landscaped gardens.

Indonesia 
Ubod

        Perched among stunning terraced rice fields, Ubud is considered the cultural heart of Bali and one of the top tourist attractions in Indonesia. There are dance and music performances every day throughout the city as well as numerous art galleries and craft shops to explore. Although Ubud has long been valued as a great place to learn about Balinese culture, tourism in Ubud boomed exponentially in the last decades. Fortunately, it only takes a short walk or bicycle ride to escape from the crowds and commercialism.

Iran
Bisitun
       Bisitun is one of the most famous sites in Near Eastern archaeology. Here, on a smoothed rock face high up on a cliff is a relief showing Darius the Great (reign 521 to 485) facing a line of royal prisoners with his foot on the body of his principal opponent. A trilingual inscription in Old Persian, Akkadian, and Elamite, tells the dramatic story of Darius’ consolidation of power at the start of his reign, and was the “Rosetta Stone” that led to the decipherment of cuneiform script in the 19th century.

Iraq
Ziggurat of Ur
           The Great Ziggurat, which is today located in the Dhi Qar Province, in the south of Iraq, is a massive step pyramid measuring 64 m in length, 46 m in width, and 30 m in height. This height, however, is just speculation, as only the foundations of this ancient monument survive today. The Great Ziggurat of Ur consisted of successively smaller platforms that had a solid core of mud-brick which was covered by burnt brick. This outer layer protected the core from the elements. The construction of the Great Ziggurat of Ur began under King Ur-Nammu of the Third Dynasty of Ur (about the 21 st century B.C.), and was completed by his son, King Shulgi. The Great Ziggurat of Ur was located in the temple complex of the city state, which was the administrative heart of Ur.

Jerusalem
     Aching with the weight of history, Jerusalem has one of the world's most recognizable skylines, with the golden helmet of the Dome of the Rock glinting above the caramel-colored stone of the old city. This ancient city holds deep religious significance for all those of the monotheistic faiths, and the labyrinthine alleyways in the old district are packed with religious sites and mind-boggling history. Dodge the crowds of pilgrims and take a walk along the walls that still wrap around the old city. Explore the city's fabulous museums. And immerse yourself in the mazy lanes, which kings, Crusaders, and conquerors have all fought over. Jerusalem enchants and confounds in equal measures.

Japan
Golden Pavilion
         Kinkaku-ji or the Temple of the Golden Pavilion is the most popular tourist attraction in Japan and Kyoto. The pavilion was originally built as a retirement villa for Shogun Ashikaga Yoshimitsu in the late 14th century. Unfortunately, the pavilion was burnt down in 1950 by a young monk who had become obsessed with it. Five years later, the temple was rebuilt as an exact copy of the original. Emphasis is placed on the building and surrounding gardens being in harmony with one another. The pavilion is covered in gold leaf which highlights the reflection of the pavilion in the pond and the pond’s reflection on the building.

Jordan 
Petra
 
   Petra is a city founded by chiseling stone walls in Jordan. Petra comes from the Greek word meaning 'stone'. Petra is a symbol of protection techniques. This word refers to the city building made ​​of stones in the Wadi Arabia, a bercadas in Jordan valley. The city was founded by digging and carving rocks as high as 40 meters. Petra can be taken approximately 3-5 hours journey by road from Amman, Jordan.

Kazakhstan
Barubay (Borovoe) National Park
        Famous as the pearl of Kazakhstan, Burabay (Borovoe) National Nature Park is situated in the north of Akmola region. The park has 14 big lakes each of which has an area of more than 1 km and several small lakes. The largest lakes include olshoye Chebachye and Maloye Chebachye, Shchuchye and Borovoye. It is a home for 800 flora species and about 305 vertebrate animal species. The park offers picturesque beauty and a rare harmonic combination of mountains, forests, lakes, flora and fauna.

Kuwait
The Kuwait Towers
          These are the most famous landmarks of Kuwait. The Kuwait Towers are situated on the Arabian Gulf Street in Dasman, promontory to east of City Center. The topmost sphere of the largest tower (187 meters in height), has a revolving observation area and a restaurant with access to high speed lifts. The middle tower comprises one million gallons of water.


Kyrgyzstan

         One of the best natural attractions in Kyrgyzstan is Ala-Archa Canyon. It is both grand and rugged, not to mention accessible. Numerous walking and hiking trails lead to the gorge, offering different vantage points each time. Since the canyon is within a state nature park, there are many more sights nearby such as glaciers and peaks. The Upper Ala-Archa Mountain Ski Base is a great starting point when heading for Ala-Archa Canyon and provides skiing opportunities even on winter.
Laos
Luang Prabang
      One of the most charming cities in south-east Asia, Luang Prabang is the most popular tourist attraction in Laos. Until 1975, when the communist took over the country, it was the royal capital of Laos. The main part of Luang Prabang is located on a peninsula between the Nam Khan and Mekong rivers. A collection of golden-roofed temples, wooden houses and crumbling French provincial buildings fill the main roads. At dawn, monks from the various monasteries walk through the streets collecting alms of rice.

Lebanon
Baalbeck
          Impressive archaeological treasures site in the Beqa’a valley. The temple of Bacchus is the best preserved ancient temple in the world. It  is larger than the Parthenon. The most famous sight in Baalbeck is the Temple of Jupiter with six large columns.Once a year in summer the ruins of Baalbeck are an open air podium for the Baalbeck International Festival with interesting international artists. Baalbeck is a UNESCO world heritage site. While in the Beqa'a valley, you might also want to stop by the Taanayel Farms for a relaxed day out in the nature!

Malaysia
Mulu Caves
       The Mulu Caves are located in the Gunung Mulu National Park in Malaysian Borneo. The park encompasses incredible caves and karst formations in a mountainous equatorial rainforest setting. The Sarawak chamber found in one of the underground caves is the largest cave chamber in the world. It has been said that the chamber is so big that it could accommodate about 40 Boeing 747s, without overlapping their wings. The enormous colony of Wrinkle-lipped bats in the nearby Deer Cave exit almost every evening in search of food in a spectacular exodus.

Maldives
Alimatha Island
      Alimatha Island located at the Vaavu Atoll on the eastern side of the Maldives. It is a complete Maldivian destination for tourists, as it offers world-class diving, aquarium-like snorkeling as well as a central beach complete with great facilities. The island itself has rich green vegetation surrounded by beaches and many stunning sites. With many more things to discover throughout the island, it happily describes itself as a place with a 5-star atmosphere.

Mongolia
Gorkhi-Terelj National Park
         Gorkhi-Terelj National Park, about 80km north-east of Ulaanbaatar in the region of Tov Aimag, is a deservedly popular destination. At 1600m, the area is cool and the alpine scenery is magnificent. Terelj was first developed for tourism in 1964 and 30 years later it became part of the Gorkhi-Terelj National Park. One of the most visited sights within the National Park is the Turtle Rock, (Melkhii Khad in Mongolian) which is one of many rock formations, that is shaped like a turtle.

Myanmar (Burma)
Bagan
         Travelers with a passion for Buddhist temples, pagodas and stupas should have a field day in Bagan, since it contains more of these than any other place in the world. The most popular destination in Myanmar, Bagan was the capital of the First Burmese Empire from the 9th to the 13th centuries. The site that Marco Polo once described as the “gilded city” was home to around Buddhist 13,000 temples in its 11th-century heyday. Thousands of temples, stupas and pagodas remain, including the famous Ananda temple with its sparkling gold spires.

Nepal
Kathmandu
      Kathmandu, the capital and largest city in Nepal, is like no other city in the world. The decaying buildings in the heart of the city are a contrast to the lively atmosphere that permeates the streets. The smell of incense wafts from the stores while street sellers push their wares, and people go about their daily lives, all against a backdrop of historic temples and carved statues.

North Korea

Paektu Mountain, Changbai Range

         Paektu is the highest mountain of the Changbai range the mountain is also an active volcano. It is located in the border between North Korea and China. There is a large crater at the top of the mountain which is known as the heaven lake. The Baekdu Spa which is a natural spring is used for bottled water. Other attractions include waterfalls, hot water springs, and Cairns.

Oman

Muscat City, Muscat

            Muscat is the capital and the largest city and the trade center of Oman. It was declared as the capital between the years of 1779- 1792.First the capital was the Rustaq but Hamad bin Said did this job. Now Muscat is an enriched city with lots of attractive places, hotels and restaurants. Tourists are now more interested to visit Muscat for the Royal Opera House, Oman Oil and Gas Exhibition center etc. All these places are most favorite spot for tourism, but there are lots of castles and mountains which can be visited as well. So make your trip to Oman in this vacation and enjoy the part of Arabian Sultanate.

Pakistan

Lahore
           Lahore has the historical buildings from the Mughalera. The old city is a paraphernalia of grand architecture. History, great food and incredible shopping, Lahore is the place to visit. The old city looks like a medieval costume drama, with horses, donkeys and ox-drawn carts transporting everything from stacks of hay to blocks of ice.

Palestine

Abraham Mosque, Hebron 

          Abraham Mosque is the fourth holiest place for Muslims. The Abraham’s Mosque is known as Al- Haram Al-Ibrahim. According to Arabian legend, the huge stone of the walls is set up by the prophet Solomon. He made this with the help of the genies. The walls stand without any mortar. The prophet (S) came to this al-Haram al- Ibrahim by the night flight from Mecca to Jerusalem.

Philippines

Banaue Rice Terraces
           No trip to the Philippines could be complete without seeing the spectacular Banaue Rice Terraces. Carved from the mountain ranges about 2,000 years ago without modern tools by the Ifugao tribes, these magnificent farm terraces resemble giant steps reaching up to the sky. Locals to this day still plant rice and vegetables on the terraces, although more and more younger Ifugaos do not find farming appealing and emigrate to the cities.

          The Museum of Islamic Art is the perfect example of how beautiful of Islamic art is. It is structured as very modern architecture. The architect came from America ad china to complete the Museum construction. It was fully ready to entertain the tourists. There is a huge collection of Muslim world art, including the Arab, Persian and Africa. There are arranged many exhibitions of arts, starting from the plastic art to the Clothes of Muslim world.

Saint Basil's Cathedral

        Built between 1554 and 1561 and situated in the heart of Moscow, St. Basil’s Cathedral has been among the top tourist attractions in Russia. It is not the building’s interior artifacts that attract visitors, but rather the cathedral’s distinctive architecture. Designed to resemble the shape of a bonfire in full flame, the architecture is not only unique to the period in which it was built but to any subsequent period. There is no other structure on earth quite like St. Basil’s Cathedral.

Saudi Arabia

Al Masjid al Nabawi

        One of the most important symbols of the Islamic Religion of Saudi Arabia, Al-Masjid al-Nabawi located in Madina is considered to be the world's second holiest mosque. Al-Masjid al-Nabawi at Saudi Arabia in Asia was built by the Prophet himself, and raised up to its present stature, by later Islamic rulers.

Marina Bay Sands

           The opulent Marina Bay Sands resort complex includes a hotel, high-end luxury brands, a mall with a canal running through it, the ArtScience Museum, and the Marina Bay Sands Skypark - a vantage point for taking in the entire city. The Skypark's viewing deck and infinity pool are found in the ship (yes, ship) that tops the hotel. Only hotel guests are allowed to use the infinity pool but anyone can visit the observation deck. From the skypark, you can see the innovative double helix bridge, the port, the Gardens by the Bay, and the impressive skyline. While up there on top of the city, guests can grab a snack or a coffee at the rooftop restaurant or pick up some keepsakes from the souvenir stand. You can purchase a photo of yourself green-screened in front of the massive hotel as it's all lit up at night, but the cost is steep: 50 Singapore dollars. Better to ask a fellow tourist to snap a photo of you. The luxury and elegance of the Marina Bay Sands exemplify Singapore's taste, and help designate a major international city in Southeast Asia.

South Korea
 Jeju Island 
          Jejudo or Jeju Island, also known as the “Island of the Gods,” is a popular tourist attractions for Koreans and many international visitors. It remains one of the top honeymoon destinations for Korean newlyweds. The island’s mixture of volcanic rock, frequent rains, and temperate climate, make it very similar to the Hawaiian Islands in the U.S. The island offers visitors a wide range of activities: hiking on Halla-san (South Korea’s highest peak), catching sunrises and sunsets over the ocean, viewing majestic waterfalls and lava tubes, Jeju Loveland, riding horses, or just lying around on the sandy beaches. There are also a lot of museums that can be found in the area like the Folklore and Natural History Museum, Jeju Independence Museum, Jeju Education Museum, Jeju Teddy Bear Museum and a lot more. You can also give in to your interest with nature by going at various parks and caves that can be found in the place.
 

Sri Lanka 
Sigiriya
            Sigiriya (Lion stone) is an ancient rock fortress and palace ruin situated in central Matale District of Sri Lanka, surrounded by the remains of an extensive network of gardens, reservoirs, and other structures. A popular tourist destination, Sigiriya is also famous for its ancient paintings (frescos), which is reminiscent of the Ajanta Caves in India. Sigiriya is also known as "fortress in the sky" which is renowned as a fantastic heritage in the islands of Sri Lanka. Another name that is a stone lion was called because there is a lion statue in front of the entrance to the fort is 600 feet tall and on top of the castle, you will see the remains of the Sinhala kingdom.

Damascus
             The first place you can visit is Damascus. The largest city in Syria is the country's capital, also known as the oldest city in the world. In this city you can enjoy some Arab food (ice cream, candy and cakes), spending on clothing, jewelry, carpets and buy drugs. Become one of the shopping center is Market Harrods.

Taiwan
                                                                   Yangmingshan National Park

           If your landscape is a priority during a vacation in Taipei, Yamingshan National Park should be the first destination that should not be missed. The park is located 30 minutes drive from the city center is surrounded by rocky cliffs, mountain meadows, and lakes are calm. The best time to visit is around February and March for the cherry blossoms are blooming and the gardens of colorful flowers that are being showcased finest colors.

            The Alauddin Lakes is a beautiful lake basin with clear and cool waters perfect for swimming. The area also offers great mountain scenery perfect for a relaxing day.
Thailand

           Krabi province is home to some of Thailand's most famous beach destinations, and Railay is the cream of the crop. Widely considered one of the best beaches in the country, Railay delivers on promises of white sand beaches, clear blue water, and a feeling that you've found a slice of paradise. You have to take a boat to reach the island getaway, with services available from Krabi town and Ao Nang.
Timor-Leste

                           Atauro Island

             Located 25 km from Dili, Atauro Island becomes favorite spot for snorkelers, divers and green tourists. You can see local divers seek for fish by using traditionally hand-made goggles and spear guns. The accommodation is quite enough with eco-ledge facilities and bamboo cabins. Hagia Sophia
           Located in Istanbul, the Hagia Sophia was originally a basilica constructed for the Eastern Roman Emperor Justinian I in the sixth century. A masterwork of Roman engineering, the massive dome (31 meters or 102 feet in diameter) covers what was for over 1000 years the largest enclosed space in the world. The church was looted by the fourth Crusaders in 1204, and became a mosque in the 15th century when The Ottomans conquered the city. The Hagia Sophia was converted into a museum in 1935 and is now one of the top attractions in Turkey.

Turkmenistan

                                                     Dashoguz, Dasoguz Province

              Dashoguz is located in Northern Turkmenistan in the Dasoguz Province. It is the hub for tourists visiting the Konya-Urgench. The city came to the world’s attention when a 7 kilograms meteorite fell in Dashoguz.
United Arab Emirates (UAE)


                   Burj Khalifa

         The Burj Khalifa is one of the United Arab Emirates most famous buildings and the soaring sky-high landmark of Dubai. Not only is it the world's tallest building, but it also lays claim to the titles of tallest freestanding structure in the world, highest observation deck in the world and elevator with the longest travel distance in the world. A trip up to the observation deck with its panoramic views across Dubai is a sightseeing highlight for most tourists who visit, though for those who suffer from vertigo it might be best to give it a miss.

Uzbekistan
Tashkent City View, Uzbekistan
              Tashkent, the capital of Uzbekistan, is the most beautiful city of the country. The city is lined with well-developed streets and avenues, which are decorated with gardens, fountains and green parks. There are several tourist attractions in this wonderful city such as its historical monuments namely Architectural Complex Zengi-Ata, Ensemble Khazret Imam; arts and crafts shops like Alayski Bazaar and drama theaters like Theater Ilkhom, Alisher Navoi Opera and Ballet Theater.

Vietnam
Ha Long Bay
            Ha Long Bay is situated in north Vietnam round a 120 kilometer long coast line and is literally translated as “Bay of Descending Dragons”. The top tourist attraction in Vietnam, Ha Long Bay features thousands of islands, each topped with thick jungle vegetation, forming a spectacular seascape of limestone pillars. Several of the islands are hollow, with enormous caves, others islands include lakes and some support floating villages of fishermen.

Yemen

             The sand dunes in Scotra Island are one of the famous destinations for the tourists, and also some of its most impressive landscape formations. The dunes on Arther Beach are very common majestic place. They are really huge and dominated only by the immense mountain hills and clear blue sky also attracts the tourists.
